Yoga Therapy/ Wellness Workshop (500 Hours/300 Hours)
The basics of yoga therapy and therapeutic technique, natural therapy, anatomy, physiology, and yogic diets are covered in this Certificate in Intensive Yoga Therapy. It is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioners, as well as medical, fitness, and sports professionals. Students learn how to create sequences that are tailored to an individual’s needs and limits, as well as how to teach a yoga therapy session aimed at treating various conditions.
