Description:
The Ayurveda Yoga Therapy Foundation Course is a unique and intensive course, which teaches you the essential foundations of Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda for further education and to get a brief introduction to Ayurvedic science. It is a preparation towards individual realization, and is also, a vital discipline of health. It has been effective in elimination of many diseases and defects.
Benefits:
Yoga therapy could be called as a system of health care that helps treat human indispositions as naturally as possible, to alleviate pain and suffering through sets of practices, both physical and mental. Ayurveda, which means “science of life” in Sanskrit, is based on the premise that everything in the universe, including the human body, is comprised of five basic elements: earth, wind, fire, water and space. Each of these elements is present in our bodies in various proportions in what are called doshas. Keeping doshas balanced through diet, exercise, herbs, massage and meditation is the basis of Ayurveda medicine and the elixir to a long blissful life. Experts in Yoga and Ayurveda finally came to a conclusion to develop a basic course of Ayurveda & Yoga which can be a baby step to move ahead in the field of holistic approach of eastern therapy based practices. This calls for the foundation training course named as Ayurveda-Yoga therapy Foundation Course (AYTFC) where Yoga teachers and Ayurvedic practitioners can merge their knowledge. The next level after this foundation course can be Certificate of Ayurveda Therapy (CAT) or Certificate of Yoga Therapy (CYT).
